The plant has grey foliage and
comes from inland Australia and
grows to approx. 3m high. It is a
variable shrub that may be upright
or spreading. The small leaves are
silver-grey, the flowers and fruits are
insignificant.
Saltbush is often grown as a foliage
plant giving colour where the
foliage contrasts with other plants
in the garden.
