Usually seen as an erect small tree growing to 10m in height, this Australian native should be more widely used. It has pendulous branches and narrow grey green phyllodes (modified stems that look like leaves). It bears yellow ball shaped flowers in late winter to spring. This tree will tolerate dry and arid conditions.
