	This rounded rainforest tree reaches a height of 10m in cultivation. The thick dark green leaves grow to 15cm with the new foliage being bright red. Large fluffy white-cream flowers are borne in clusters and followed by large, edible, white-yellow fragrant fruit.

HOW IT SPREADS The seeds are thought to be spread by birds and other fruit eating animals. The seed germinates readily and can form thick populations in natural areas.
